Matt commenced his Insurance career as a field agent for the Prudential in 1989 and spent 4 years there gaining experience in life assurance, pensions, home and motor insurance.
After spells at London Life and Boncaster he joined Wimbledon based Needham Jobson & Company who were specialists in arranging insurances for Private Clients, Antique Dealers, Auctioneers and Fine Art Collectors. Matt catered for clients in each of the areas developing essential technical knowledge and good market relationships.
Following Aon's takeover of Needham Jobson & Company Matt joined Smith Ross Shane & Co ( later to become SmithGreenfield ) in January 2002. Matt's involvement in the company at an early stage has been key to its growth and continuing success. Matt has performed almost every role within the company at one stage or other and now plays a vital part in the implementation and delivery of company objectives in his role as Head of Operations.
Away from work Matt enjoys music and astronomy ( when its not too cloudy!).
